A 7mm wide 18ct yellow gold Diamond Nugget Eternity ring set with six 3.8mm round diamonds. Also available in 18ct rose gold and platinum this lovely organic form designer ring was handmade in our Sussex workshops. Hand carved then from a block of gold pre-formed into a ring, the surface is then set with the diamonds and textured.
